Let’s Get Started

Step 1 - You can contact us by filling out the consultation form below or you can always contact us by phone or e-mail as well - all this info is below on this page. When you contact us we will discuss your project and set up a time that best works for your consultation. Consults typically take about 45 minutes to an hour. The initial consult is free of charge. If additional in-person consults are needed before you select us as your contractor we charge $50.00 per hr for our additional time.

Step 2 - During your consultation we will discuss your project in detail. We listen to your ideas and what long term plans for the property you may have. We will use our creative mindset and extensive knowledge of the industry to guide you in the right direction. It is a good idea to have in mind what you are looking to do before your consultation, such as pictures, rough drawings and types of materials you are interested in using. We will then discuss the budget you are looking to invest into your project and come up with a base plan to move forward. At this time we will do all field measuring necessary to give you an accurate proposal.

Step 3 - With all notes and measurements from the initial consult, we will usually get back in touch with you within 1-3 days to provide you with a detailed proposal for your project. We can provide you our proposal through e-mail or, with larger more complex projects, we will schedule a second meeting.

Our proposals will have a bid price that you will pay for the described services within the proposal. There will not be any "extra" or "hidden" charges to suprise you at the end. If changes need to be made during the course of the project all additions or deletions with changes to expense will be put in writing for you.

Step 4 - We require a signed contract and a deposit for all install work to be scheduled. We do accept all forms of payments - Checks, Cash and Visa/Master Cards. We will then set a time frame for the start and completion of your project. Please keep in mind schedules are only approximate and are subject to change as there are many variables we work with everyday, such as weather and product availability. Our services are in demand - in the busy part of the summer we typically have 2-3 weeks of work on our schedule so please keep this in mind when planning your projects.


Fifty percent deposit is required on all installs to schedule work. Balance to be paid in full upon completion. In the event client shall fail to make deposit or final payment as agreed upon, Contractor may cease work without breach, pending payment or resolution of any dispute. Failure to make payment within 10 days from due date shall be deemed a material breach of contract and may be subject to interest of 6% on any remaining amount. If customer wishes for any reason to cancel their contract there must be appropriate cause and be in writing with a 30 days prior notice. Contractor has the right to honor the contract by correcting any issues customer may have. In the event contractor can not correct deficiencies within thirty days of written notice, this contract will become void. Contracts are subject to a 10% charge of remaining balance if no deficiencies are applicable and all services rendered will become due at time of voided contract. Proposals may be withdrawn by Ready Landscaping Inc if not accepted within 30 days.
